A Good Start to the Week

I kicked off the first day of my first full week back in the weight loss program saddle with a 30 minute cardio session before work. Since I usually leave for work before 6:00am that means I got up early and hit the treadmill for 30 minutes. That's a good sign of my renewed committment.
