My Goal Weight

In a comment here yesterday John asked, "So what is your ultimate goal weight?"
The easy answer is 185, down from 295 and a total loss of 110 pounds.  At 267 I am a quarter of my way to that goal.

Well it turns out that not only did I have a Great Visit to the Doctor in terms of our discussion but also as measured by my blood-work, the results of which I just got back.  Big picture?  Overall cholesterol dropped from 182 to 164.  "Super Cholesterol," wrote my doctor on the results.  Oh yeah!
