I can’t get anyone on Twitter to tell me if posting a guest post counts for NaBloPoMo, so I’m just going to go on the assumption it doesn’t, as long as I am able to get a post in. Should a day come along where I am not able to publish a post of my own but I do publish a guest post, then I am going to consider myself good for the day. In fact, I’ll take it a step further; if I make a guest post on another blog, I’m going to say that counts too. I’m lazy like that.
Still not feeling 100% but the sleep I got last night surely helped, I’ve been using a Neti Pot, and my wife is feeding me pills, syrups and sprays. Hopefully I’ll be good soon.
Glad tomorrow is Friday, feel like I need another weekend to properly recover. So here is what I ate today minus some tortilla chips I just had and forgot to take a picture of:

Breakfast today was on the run, I picked up a mini turkey sausage biscuit at Caribou coffee, along with a large dark roast with a couple of sugars. If their website is to be believed, the sandwich is 290 calories. For lunch I had a pre-made chef salad to which I added a small amount of blue cheese dressing after I ate all the toppings. Also had a cup of chili and a couple of saltine crackers. For dinner I had an herb salad with half a sliced fennel bulb and a diced apple, topped with balsalmic vinegar, salt and pepper. Snack was some tortilla chips which were totally unsatisfactory and I am not happy that I had them.
I do feel like I am doing a pretty good job of eating so far this month, once I shake this cold I’m planning to get going with some improved exercise.
