		<description>I like this article - it&#039;s succinct.  I particularly like points 1 and 3 which to me are the most important for successful weight loss and a healthy lifestyle.  I earlier read a forum post where a person just couldn&#039;t get motivated.  The result: no progress.  Motivation comes with liking the activity.  Find something you like and you&#039;ll be motivated.</description>

If you do not have the correct mindset then you are set to fail before you even begin. &quot;Those against their will are of the same opinion still&quot;.  I think you almost have to be obsessive compulsive in your weight loss efforts and I see no problem with being that way. What ever works.</description>
