		<description>This sort of goes with the sleep thing.  You wrote for one to maybe jog an hour before you are supposed to wake up --- but for me, I am so not a morning person.  It used to be that because I did not sleep that well that I just couldn&#039;t function in the morning.  However, since I have started working out (I work out at night and finish between thirty minutes to an hour to an hour before bedtime), I have had awesome nights of sleep.  Sometimes my workouts exhaust me so much that the only reaction that I can have to them is to simply sleep providing me with the adequate sleep.
