I am a lot happier with this day of eating. You had vegetables, meat, and fruits. You had protein, fiber, quality carbs. Good day.

Also, come see my giveaway --- it doesn't amount to your giveaways but I'm going to hit my 100 mile marker for the year and want to do something for the occasion!!!!

Thank you for recording your meals. It's nice to know what we are supposed to be eating or at least some new ideas. It looks like a lot of food. We hit Subway for V-day. lol

Very nicely done!

BTW - Great job at the movies, too. I saw Avatar 3D two weeks ago. In my opinion, it was the most "tasteful" use of 3D technology yet.

Thanks Greg. I'm not a fan of 3D but wanted to see if Avatar was different. The technology is pretty amazing, the little thing they do at the beginning showing the technology logo was amazing how clear and right in front of me it was. But there is a big difference in having the technology that makes you feel like things are right in front of you and actually having that make sense in a movie. I didn't think 3D added anything to the experience of this movie. I wasn't blown away but I am glad I went. Just glad I was able to do it without the popcorn!
