		<description>Fruits are always good.  I eat a banana in the morning and a fruit smoothie (banana, skim milk, plain yogurt, and mixed berries or peaches w/agave nectar) after my workout at night.  I like that you incorporate the fruits quite often.  Great decision on the fries as well!
