I love the idea of taking pictures of your food! I think that's a fantastic way to keep yourself accurate. I know I have problems underestimating the 'little' things I've had throughout the day if I'm trying to write it all down at night. I think for Super Bowl Sunday you did a great job getting in a variety of fruits, veggies, and healthy proteins.

Thanks Kelly - so far so good, I think this approach can work for me but I'll know better farther into the week.

Looks pretty good, I'd probably only add some more "slow" saccharides to the breakfast (cereals) to stop the night catabolism. But all in all, well done - an ideal body fat loosing diet programm..

I agree with the other two --- if you get some green veggies in there that will give you more nutrients than say celery and load you up on your fiber, which 25-30 is a good number.

Also - more water. What I do is have a water bottle (24 oz) that I take with me everywhere... Once I empty that so many times I know I hit my goal. Just an idea. Keep it going!

Thanks Seth - yeah the water thing is something I really have to focus on to make work and having a good water bottle would help, not sure why I have never done that.

Does Stella count as a meal? Grain, right? :-)

Just kidding. Overall, looks pretty healthy, and calorie content is low. About the only comment I'd make is related to fiber. Looks like you've probably consumed about 12-grams of fiber there. Usually, I shoot for 25-30.

I don't typically drink many caloric drinks so when I do I plan to include it. But I'd say hops classifies as a grain, sure! According to The Daily Plate I consumed 39 grams of fiber this day, but who knows how accurate that is.

Overall not too bad but where are the vegetables?

See, this is why I'm doing this, because it's great to see another opinion. I feel as though I ate a ton of veg, short of having a salad. 4 celery stalks, 3 large radishes and a kholrabi - more than I normally would eat. But not enough?
