Changing tyres sucks, lucky for me I haven't had to change one for around 5 years now.
Hope you have fun using your new TailorMade Utility Wood. I've just purchased a Slazenger K1 Utility Wood for only 20 quid bargain. Hopefully I can start getting some shots off my 22 handicap.

Well so far I'm at 50% - hit one great shot with it and one bad one. :-)

John this takes me back about 11 years, when I worked at a convenience store that required us to wear uniforms, ugh. A little old lady, a small compact car(tire in trunk thank you) with a very very flat tire. I was in my LATE 20's and 1 of 2 women working that night. No one else in the parking lot, shocker. So me being PROUD that I am NOT a girly girl, and blessed with strong genes went out to change the lil ladys tire. I will add that I was a size 16 at the time, squeezing into a size 14 b/c I hadnt ordered new uniform pants. Changing that tire was NOT what I remembered it being like at all. Bending over became a daunting task, squatting down could have been lethal! But I did get the tire changed. Although part way through I was given some physical relief when I blew my zipper and button completely out of my pants! The rest went by without a hitch! LOL. I was filthy, exhausted and somewhat embarassed by the fact that I ruined my pants in front of someone. The lil old lady, well, she patted me on the back and said what a great person I was and drove off. I went in to finish my shift feeling like I was going to my grave, I had to use duct tape to patch up my pants for the rest of the shift and wore a smock to cover it up. I hadnt thought about that incident for years, thank you for making me smile , now,,,,not then....Have a great day.

Great story, thanks for sharing!

I have found that since I've been exercising again, I'm stronger and more capable of doing functional tasks... Even squeezing a lemon is now easier! I haven't changed a tyre in years though!

That's a good point - pretty much everything is easier when you are stronger and more flexible.
