So far I have found two really good whey protein shakes.

(1) From a company called Progressive. They make a Whey Protein which is just Whey Protein and nothing else. It's flavorless, so you can just add it to any kind of drink you have or even soup. Very cool.

(2) From a company called BeachBody. They have a chocolate shake and it tastes good and doesn't contain any Aspartame or Sucralose.

I'd recommend both of those.

I add whey protein to my morning smoothies every morning. The one shortcoming of the smoothies is a lack of protein, so adding that in helps keep me feeling full longer.

Eh, whey protein never makes me feel full. Casein protein on the other hand... especially in milk or cottage cheese form seems to do the trick.
