Dealing with the daily decisions is what it is all about. I make a fair amount of my food for the day in the mornings, that really helps, because when hunger hits, I usually have something healthy waiting. And I keep emergency foods for when I don't. Sometimes the fewer decisions you have to make about food, the better!

Good to see you are back on to making good decisions. One decision at a time if that's what it takes. ;)

The scorecard is great. At one time, I was very disciplined about writing down everything I did, but I've gotten out of the habit, and it shows. Great reminder for me to focus back on that. Thanks!

What I like about the scorecard idea, as opposed to a journal, is that it should, in theory, cause me to push myself as I am able to synthesize a day into a single score. That's the hope, anyway!

Score card is absolutely perfect. Personally, I think...writing down really helps.

Yeah, but I'm trying to find a balance that works for me. I can't spend all my time writing.

I love the scorecard idea, keeping track of where I am at really helps me to be better at losing weight. I think you should continue with the soccer it is good exercise if you are actively involved in training them and very rewarding.

Thanks Kate. I tell you what, today my knees are telling me that I should stay away from running up and down bumpy soccer fields with old cleats.

Have you thought of keeping the third egg white but dumping the yolk? You still get the extra protein but dump the fat and cholesterol.

I still like the scorecard idea, it seems to be working well for you.

I need things to be simple - believe it or not, that is too hard. I'd rather just go with two eggs. Good point though, and one that probably would work for others. In fact I know some people just have egg white omelets.
