&lt;strong&gt;Thanks Steve.  I may actually bring my workout clothes, I haven&#039;t decided yet.  They do have a small gym and my wife is not an early morning person, so I could get in some exercise every day.  I am close to deciding to do it.&lt;/strong&gt;</description>

make this blog whatever you want it to be. write about whatever you want to write about and dont try to be anything to anyone. its worked for me...

		<description>I can relate to your eating out episode.  My mom lives with my me and my husband.  When we go out to eat, she always says they give her too much and ends up taking 3/4 of her dinner and putting it on our plates.  Of course, I hate wasting food when I&#039;ve paid a pretty penny for it......so I eat it.  Ugh....I go home stuffed and mad at myself for eating so much.  

Hope you have a great time on your vacation.  I look forward to hearing about your trip.
