W4D1 is killer enough.
Replacing 3 meals with shakes. That&#039;s tough.
I may have to try that.
The running gets easier..and more enjoyable!</description>

		<description>Way to go... traveling and not gaining! I don&#039;t care how well we plan, it&#039;s tough to be away from home and not ,gain, so flatlining on the weight graph is okay by me.

And that was with me kissing the concrete five minutes into the run (first time for me since I started about 2 months ago and it most likely will not be the last).</description>
