		<description>John, I love the idea of goal setting and putting pen to paper as it definitely makes you feel more accountable.

As for the protein shakes, I&#039;m a fan and often have a protein shake for breakfast in addition to a post-workout drink.  With that said, I personally feel whole foods are preferable from an overall nutrient standpoint.

Are you modifying your supplements (read: vitamins) to ensure you&#039;re getting the appropriate nutrients in to your diet?
