		<description>Night time is the worst time for me.  I do well all day and then for some reason after everyone goes to bed, it&#039;s a free-for-TB in the kitchen.

&lt;strong&gt;From what I have been reading lately this is a problem for a lot of people.  One way to try to address it is to have what you would normally eat for breakfast at dinner instead.&lt;/strong&gt;</description>

		<description>Good on you for keeping up the good work and maintaining a positive attitude even when the scales dont show a loss, this is half the battle I think.
