This is the closest I've gotten to the start of a meme, where Fit36 started this meme by tagging Andrew who tagged me.
Fit36's vices are eating out at lunch and tequila. Andrews exercise vice had been having his exercise plans fizzle out (but he is past that now as evidenced by now being a runner) and his food vice is fresh bread.
As far me, if I were to get down to the food level I would have a ton of vices but the bottom line is my biggest vice is nighttime eating. I can't tell you how many times I have gone through the day doing really well, not starving myself, just eating exactly what I had budgeted for, and then I head into dinner thinking I'll keep it going but I don't. And then when I don't end the day with that healthy dinner I'll make it worse by having a big bowl of ice cream or some other late night snack and then in the morning I'll have a huge sugar hangover reminding me of how stupid I was. And yet I can't kick it, it happens time and time again.
It is a rare day for me when I am able to have a good dinner on a day like that, and see the rest of the day through without a problem. There have been times when faced with that situation that I actually skipped dinner or just had a shake or something, and on those days I actually was able to make it through although it isn't the healthy way to do it by skipping a meal. Still, skipping a meal and going to bed is better than gorging and waking up groggy.
So to summarize, I'll just say that nighttime eating is my vice.
To carry on the meme I'm going to tag a few people I haven't visited much lately but should be:
Steve @ Steve v4.7
Lady Rose @ Diet Pulpit
Diana @ Scale Junkie
Georgie @ Five Minutes for Me
Mike @ Saphrym.com
