		<description>Have you tried using kettlebells for your workouts?
A friend of mine lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks using them.

I have not used any myself but by the sounds of things these things could be great workout tools.

Not too expensive
Don&#039;t require too much room
They hit all areas of your body
Apart from strength they improve cardio
You can take them anywhere

		<description>I like how you&#039;ve laid this out, showing both the good and not-so-good for the week.  What&#039;s nice about this, is you can quickly get a feel for what is working, and what needs improvement.  On the improvement side, it was a holiday week, so overeating hit many of us (myself included).  Perfection in diet and exercise in not something easily attainable (I believe it is probably unattainable).  What is attainable is consistency - consistency in improving, working out, eating quality foods, etc.  And I see that here.  Nice job!</description>

Now I gotta start running again to get it off.
