		<description>Congrats on loses some pounds this week, but remember it is not just about the pounds it is about body composition.  It is great the you have started some strength training, if you sick with it, you will find the results will motivate you to keep it up!

I very much like your way of establishing what you did well in a week and what you still need to work on.  I find that to be a very healthy way of approaching your journey.  That said, despite your inner cynic, you continue to inspire!

Travel is going to be my biggest competitor for me as well (besides that inner self).  So many opportunities to eat poorly (or drink) and less chance to get exercise.
