		<description>Yes, it is difficult getting back in the gym.  I am going through this as well although I&#039;m finding it isn&#039;t the strength issue that bothers me, it is more emotional than that (http://www.fatbastard.org/?p=16).  Where I used to feel at home in the gym, I now feel like a stranger.

The strength increases will come, but I know at my age I probably won&#039;t get back to where I was at 30.  Still, I&#039;m up early, and will push just as hard (just smaller weights).</description>
