		<description>It&#039;s just a blip. Carry on. The skiing should help if you can avoid overeating at the lodge, LOL! 

Truly though, that&#039;s good exercise and probably different from your daily exercise grind, which means it will challenge your body differently and burn more cals.

I&#039;ve had more trouble lately with the water too... so it&#039;s back on the high priority &quot;just do it&quot; list.</description>

		<description>Those adorable little girl scouts get me every time outside the grocery store.  They are so cute and they hop with excitement when they ask you to buy.  But I was able to resist last time.

My husband has given up sweets and I gave up wine (our weaknesses) and we&#039;ve lost 22 pounds between us.  

I&#039;m going to keep checking back here for inspiration to continue!  Thanks!</description>
