- Total weight lost: 30 lbs
Well enough procrastinating, it’s time to post the ugly numbers. Yep, a gain. Again. Bleh.
Things I did well this week:
- Started the week off well lifting weights Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
- 5 hours of skiing yesterday.
- Starting doing situps upon rising in the morning.
- Starting blogging again.
Things I did not so well this week:
- No cardio. I really need to pick this up.
- No major binges, but just a few too many seconds.
I’m forgetting what it feels like to see losses on the scale and I don’t like that. I am going to try my best this week to log everything I eat. Maybe the problem will be revealed there.
