Damn but this weight loss thing can be hard sometimes. I’m doing well this week on the eating (although not on the exercise) and I actually weighed in this morning at 264, which is a new low for me since I started back in August. OK technically it was 264.8 but I always truncate so 264 it is. I’ve been so busy with work since coming back from vacation that I haven’t been able to do much else.
I’ll have a continued blogging absense until Sunday as we are going up to northern Wisconsin tonight with a couple of other families and renting a house to have a weekend getaway. Getaway from my diet, I am hoping not. But that’s the challenge that’s been laid down before me. Figuring out how to have fun without drinking and eating too much. But that’s the real world and I’ve got to figure it out sometime, so now is as good a time as any.
I’ll be posting my weekly update on Monday instead of Sunday so that I can get a proper morning weigh-in done.
