Omron Digital Pedometer Giveaway Contest Winner Announced!
Last Thursday I announced a contest to give away a new (well twice used) Omron Digital Pedometer to one of my lucky readers. To participate all you needed to do was write an article and link to that post. I would pick my 5 favorite articles and then randomly choose a winner.

OMG!!! Thank you so much, I’m so excited - now if that isn’t motivation to get my butt up and out walking I don’t know what is! You can check my xmas list I had post a couple weeks ago - I had one of these on it.
