I Should Always Eat With Someone
I noticed an interesting thing over the last two and a half days that I was in Chicago.
When I eat alone I eat everything on my plate. When I am eating with a large group I eat everything on my plate.
But when I am eating with just one other person, I don’t eat everything - mostly because I am too busy talking! Now, these meals were over lunch where we have a limited time period; it may not hold true for dinner. But still, it was an interesting phenomena.
I may have to spring for more lunches in the future.

I don’t like going out yet. To many variables and temptations outside of my control. Lunch would be dangerous for me since I try to eat about the same daily.

I noticed that I do the same thing, and probably for the same reason—too busy running my mouth to shove food into it.

I’m just the opposite. I’m kinda an absent eater, so when I’m not THINKING about food, I’m more likely to put it in my mouth.
