Thanks for the comments everyone. I've heard from a few people know who said they found me from the awards and have subscribed and be counted as readers, which indeed was my goal of entering. Keeping this blog active is really important to me because I have determined that you guys help keep me on the straight and narrow.

Hi John,

This is Baldy here from the UK – also called Adrian as my hair has pretty much come back! Thanks for the kind comments, really appreciate them. It's been a very difficult year so this last week has been a much welcome distraction. Winning gave me, my girlfriend, family and friends a huge boost.

I use google reader to get your updates too and I haven't had any problems.

I didn't know we could stuff the ballet box, it only let me vote once per day.
