I use Excel for the cardio as well (which I then transcribe to my cardio page on here. I like the idea of turning those miles into something real, though I don't see myself going coast to coast!

No goal at this point other than to just continue to lift and increase the weights.

I keep track of my miles in the same way. At one point I had a goal of going coast to coast (ala Forrest Gump) but in Canada. On the treadmill of course.

I don't know why I stopped that. Might be a good time to start it up again.

A million pounds is great, do you have a goal for the year?

I use an Excel sheet to track everything, including marking what weights I'm going to increase for the next session. It has the formulas for doing the multipliers correctly to give me total weight, then I have a column where I summarize each week. It's nothing fancy but it is allowing me to easily track my progress.

Do you do the math after each workout, or do you have a computer program for that?
