		<description>Oh, yes, bread certainly is a food-handle, especially in sandwiches.

I&#039;ve used low-carb wraps (instead of lettuce leaves) for sandwiches, too.  They&#039;re great for when you need to be on the move.

		<description>It sounds like you are doing a great job changing your lifestyle. Congrats on the 5lb loss, never think of it as just five pounds. You are doing lots of exercise so you&#039;ve probably added a few pounds of muscle and lost 5 pounds of fat!</description>
