		<description>JanB - Thanks so much! I think setting mini goals without timeframes is a better way to do it, and actually I sort of do both.  I have my specific times goals but I also have milestones that are more time independent.  Things like fitting into those size 38 pants hanging in my closet. :-)

All - thanks for your support.  I am always going to be happy with a 3 pound loss, I have to remember that.</description>
