		<description>Thanks everyone!  It&#039;s funny that it is the 3:00am part that seemed to generate the most interest.  I&#039;ve actually been getting up between 4:00 and 4:30 anyway since I have started my strength training, so an hour earlier wasn&#039;t a huge deal for me.

I&#039;ll probably write some more on the experience I had exercising in the hotel, it was actually pretty fun.</description>

I&#039;ll tell you, they may not notice it but I bet you feel it.  I outmass you so my weightloss is even a lower percentage, but my sleep apnea is gone, so I KNOW what a difference those 15 or so pounds can make!

And attitude is EVERYTHING :)</description>
