		<description>I&#039;ve been doing weight watchers since Jan 07, and I noticed that not only did my desire for things like pizza and other fast food wane, my body totally goes into fits when I eat that stuff.  Hopefully, you&#039;ll find that this is the case too!  Good luck, and I loved the Stock Market analogy, it&#039;s so true!</description>

		<description>Thanks all.  I did well on my trip both with exercising and eating, and I am really happy about that.  This is a part of my life I need to be able to control.  As for the grapes, I&#039;m talking a pound of grapes.  Maybe I&#039;m wrong, but I can&#039;t see how it can be good to gorge yourself on anything, even something like fruit.  But, it&#039;s certainly better than some of the alternatives!</description>

I am finding the same thing. My cheats are not usually as drastic as they used to be. Too much sherbet or frozen yogurt etc. The occasional bagel with light cream cheese.

Personally, I don&#039;t limit myself when it comes to fruit and veggies (with a few exceptions). The way I understand it, all that water and fibre more than offsets a few extra calories from natural fructose.
