I feel it only fair to have a warning sign on the door that leads to my brain - you never know what you'll find lurking in here hehehe

But it's so true - I truly enjoy sharing and reading the thoughts of others too. I've been blogging now for over a year and up to week 71 of dieting - and still have lots to blog about it :)

Wow, I'm impressed with your blog. You are so right about the weight loss journey being a lifestyle change and not a 'diet.'

I also agree with you that the most interesting weight loss blogs are the ones where the writer opens up. I've seen a lot of blogs that offer tips for losing weight, but these 'tips' don't even scratch the surface of what it takes to change your life.

I have a personal development blog where I discuss, among other things, nutrition and fitness. I hope to be able to provide useful information and not just flippantly give out weight-loss tips.

Thanks for this post!

"The interesting thing about writing a blog about weight loss is that there is always something to write about."

Sometimes I am amazed that I haven't run out of anything to say. I even had to start a second blog.
