Those small changes in portion sizes and calories consumed will make a big difference in the long run, so don&#039;t be discouraged just because your diet isn&#039;t perfect yet.

And the stuff you mentioned that you did poorly on is just a list of opportunities for doing better in the weeks that follow. At least that&#039;s how I look at my own shortcomings hehehe.
