August 2007 Progress Pictures
August 5th, 2007 - 292 pounds
Progress not exactly the right word since I am just starting out of course. But that’s where I am starting from. Boy, I hate pictures of myself clothed - these are really hard to look at. The body hair I long ago accepted, the gut is quite another.
I’m now on the journey from fat to fit.

Hey - - you are an inspiration. I weigh what you did starting out and I took pics and I look just like you did - - but just more hair on my torso. Thanks for being an inspiration!!
